  • 6 tablespoon(s) butter,melted
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 package(s) frozen blintzes
  • 1/4 cup(s) orange juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) salt
  • 16 ounce(s) sour cream
  • 1/4 cup(s) sugar
  • 1 tablespoon(s) vanilla


  1. Pour melted butter in a 13x9 casserole. Add frozen blintzes.Combine sour cream,sugar,orange juice,vanilla and salt in a blender. Pour over frozen blintzes.Bake for 1 hour,uncovered in a 350 degree oven. Serve with sour cream and strawberries (frozen,thawed)
