Ingredients
- 6 tablespoon(s) butter,melted
- 6 eggs
- 2 package(s) frozen blintzes
- 1/4 cup(s) orange juice
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) salt
- 16 ounce(s) sour cream
- 1/4 cup(s) sugar
- 1 tablespoon(s) vanilla
Preparation
- Pour melted butter in a 13x9 casserole. Add frozen blintzes.Combine sour cream,sugar,orange juice,vanilla and salt in a blender. Pour over frozen blintzes.Bake for 1 hour,uncovered in a 350 degree oven. Serve with sour cream and strawberries (frozen,thawed)
