Ingredients
- 1 cup(s) Milk
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoon(s) sugar
- 2 tablespoon(s) baking power
- 2 tablespoon(s) oil
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) salt
- 1 cup(s) all-purpose flour
Preparation
- I have a blender that has a one cup measure and I add milk to that line and then add 1 egg, add 2 tablespoons sugar, 2 tablespoons baking powder, 2 tablespoons oil (I use olive oil) and 1/2 teaspoon salt to the blender. I measure the flour and then turn on the blender on and slowly add the flour and when I have added all the flour I turn the blender full speed. I start the grill when I begin putting the ingredients in the blender. They always turn out great, my son some times adds chocolate chips. I hope you enjoy this recipe.
