- 3 Egg yolks
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon(s) Lemon juice
- Dash hot pepper sauce
- 1/2 cup(s) butter
- Place first 4 ingredients in blender for 5 seconds. Melt butter and add slowly through top of blender while on high speed. Keep warm until meal ready. Can put in warm water.
