Ingredients

  • 1 8-ounce package(s) cream cheese
  • 1 stick(s) butter
  • 1 pound(s) shrimp, peeled
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 2 stalk(s) celery, chopped
  • 2 tablespoon(s) butter
  • 1 can(s) mushroom soup
  • 1 can(s) mushrooms, drained
  • 1 tablespoon(s) garlic salt
  • 1 teaspoon(s) tabasco
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) red pepper
  • 1 pint(s) crabmeat
  • 3/4 cup(s) cooked rice
  • Sharp cheese, grated
  • Cracker crumbs

Preparation

  1. Melt cream cheese and butter. Saute shrimp, onion, pepper and celery in 2 tablespoons butter. Add to the first mixture. Add soup, mushrooms, seasonings, crabmeat, rice and mix well. Place in a 2 quart casserole and top with cheese and cracker crumbs. Bake about 20-30 minutes at 350 degrees until bubbly.
