Awesome! I couldn't find yellowtail snapper so substituted tilapia and it turned out great. Used Chef Paul's blackening seasoning and fresh store bought mango salsa (which consisted of the same ingredients)...definitely a time saver and just as good. Served with coconut curry rice and black beans, makes a great tropical dish.

Delicious! I made my mango salsa fresh and found a blackened seasoning recipe online. I served with a salad and coconut jasmine rice. Very smooth fish. My boyfriend loved it too! Great dinner and very healthy too!

Best fish dish I have ever made! Used Cajun seasoning in place of jerk. The salsa and fish flavors complement each other perfectly.
