I prepared this as an entree and was met with rave reviews. I served the shrimp and salsa over basmati rice, and it made the meal complete. It was amazing to have so much flavor in a dish without a drop of sauce in sight. This one is a keeper...it can make the most novice cook look like a pro!

Very healthy & tasty!! My husband & I enjoy spicy food but thought the combination of spicy shrimp salsa was a bit much. You can hold off on the jalapeno in the salsa to help balance out the flavors.

I just followed the recipe for the shrimp. Only had black beans, avocado, and peaches. Added a squirt of fresh lime and cilantro. Still super delish!

I have made this many times over the years. It is beautiful and so flavorful. I use a prepared blackened redfish magic seasoning and make the salsa as directed but with blood oranges while they are in season.
