Blackened Grouper

    Worthy of a Special Occasion

    This was so delicious! I did substitute fresh Alaskan cod in place of the grouper. It was quite spicy...almost too spicy for my 12yo son, but I enjoyed it very much. The recipe called for lemon, but in the description, it called for lime...so I used lime wedges. I'm INDUBITABLY making this again....and again...and again!
