Blackberry Shake

Rich in antioxidants, this brilliantly purple dairy-free shake makes for a healthful dessert. Oat milk is naturally sweet, but adding just a bit of honey really brings out the berries' flavor.

  • 2/3 cup blackberries
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened oat milk
  • 1/2 cup vanilla soy ice cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon honey


  1. 1. Place blackberries in a blender; process until pureed. Press puree through a sieve into a bowl to measure 1/4 cup. Discard pulp and seeds.
  2. 2. Combine blackberry puree, oat milk, and remaining ingredients in a blender; process until smooth. Serve immediately.
