This was a hit with my family! I only had 1 cup of blackberries so used 1 cup of blueberries in addition to the blackberries. Also used homemade whipped cream instead of the mascarpone cream.

I made this for breakfast at work to rave reviews. I used salted butter and omitted the 1/8th called for, substituted rolled oats for the pecans (1:1) because of a nut allergy, and reduced the sugar by half (used 1/4 cup). The streusel is great for a morning start, but I wouldn't hesitate to use it for dessert either. This one is definitely going in my cobbler repetoire!

Oh my! So delish! I cut the butter back to 6 tablespoons rather than 8 to lighten it up a little. It was fine. I didn't have pecans so I subbed sliced almonds and it added a nice crunch. My husband and I loved it! When the kids get home, they'll get to test it too.

Wow! I've made this for 3 gatherings, and people go nuts over it. Must serve warm with vanilla ice cream. Very easy.
