The Best Blackberry Cobbler, I can't take credit for this, I wrote it down years ago and have no idea from where.

Ingredients

  • Fruit Mixture
  • 4 cup(s) Fresh Blackberries
  • 1/4 cup(s) Flour
  • 1 3/4 cup(s) Sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) salt
  • 1/2 Lemon juiced
  • Topping
  • 1 cup(s) biscuit mix
  • 2 teaspoon(s) sugar
  • 1/2 cup(s) milk
  • sprinkle on top
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon(s) sugar

Preparation

  1. Butter an 8x8 baking pan, Mix together fruit mixture. Pour into the pan and dot with butter. Mix separately topping and pour over the fruit mixture. Sprinkle sugar on top. Bake for 40 mins at 425 or until golden brown
