Blackberry Butter

Feel free to shape your butter using butter molds. We used 3 1/2-inch Christmas tree-shape molds. One recipe will make four.

Makes 3/4 cup

Ingredients

1/2 cup butter, softened
1/4 cup blackberry preserves

Preparation

1. Stir together butter and preserves until blended. Serve immediately, or cover and chill until ready to serve. Store in an airtight container in refrigerator up to 1 week.
