- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup chopped black walnuts
Preparation
- Spread sugar evenly in a 10- inch cast-iron skillet. Cook over medium-low heat, stirring frequently, 30 minutes or until sugar turns light brown. Remove from heat; stir in walnuts.
- 15- x 10- x 1-inch jellyroll pan. Cool and break into pieces. Wrap in plastic wrap.
