- 1 medium pineapple, peeled and diced
- 1/2 cup lime juice
- 1/2 cup rice wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons peanut oil
- 3 star anise
- 1/2 teaspoon black peppercorns
How to Make It
Process all ingredients in a food processor or blender until smooth, and chill. Serve with crab cakes, shrimp, or fish, or as a dressing for fruit salad.
