Black Pepper Corn Bread

    Worthy of a Special Occasion

    Have now made twice, once to recipe. Second time used low-fat buttermilk and reduced the honey to 1tbs. Made a sweet and tender bread. Really like the butter glaze and sprinkle of salt, we use that tip all the time now on corn breads. Served with pork & tomatillo chili. Very good.
