Black Currant Champagne is as simple as filling a glass with equal parts Champagne and black currant nectar. Don't forget to garnish this spritzer with fresh blackberries.

Ingredients

  • Champagne or sparkling wine, chilled
  • Black currant nectar, chilled
  • Garnish: fresh blackberries

How to Make It

  1. Fill a Champagne flute or tall glass with equal parts chilled Champagne or sparkling wine and black currant nectar. Other nectars--such as peach, mango, tropical, or pear--may be substituted. Garnish, if desired.
