1 (15-ounce) can organic black beans, rinsed and drained
2 teaspoons fresh lime juice
1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
How to Make It
Heat a medium saucepan over medium-high heat. Coat pan with cooking spray. Add onion and chorizo; sauté 4 minutes or until lightly browned. Stir in 1/3 cup water and beans; cover, reduce heat, and simmer 10 minutes. Remove from heat; stir in juice. Sprinkle with cilantro.
