Black Beans, Rice, and Feta Cheese Salad

- 1 can(s) black beans, drained
- 1/2 cup(s) commercial Italian dressing
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) pepper
- 3/4 cup(s) long grain rice, uncooked
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 1 medium tomato, chopped
- Cook rice according to package directions. Drain rice and let cool. Combine beans, rice, dressing, pepper, and feta cheese well. Carefully mix in green onions and tomato. Cover and refrigerate at least 3 hours. Serves 4.
