Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup avocado, chopped (about 1/2 medium)
  • 1/3 cup black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1/3 cup tomatillos, chopped (about 2 medium)
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 Anaheim chile, seeded and chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Toss gently to combine.
