black bean hummus
- 1 can black beans drained reserve liquid for modifying consistency of hummus
- tahini about 1/3 c
- lemon juice of 1/2 lemon try lime?
- 2 tsp cumin
- 1/4 tsp dill
- 34 cloves garlic
- olive oil
- 1/41/3 c cilantro
- puree the first 8 ingredients
- saute the cayenne, 2 or so cloves of garlic minced, and the cilantro in olive oil and pour over the hummus to serve. serve with homemade pita bread, and veggies
