Black Bean Dip

Yield Makes 1 1/3 cups

Ingredients

  • 1 (15-ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons ground cumin
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • Dash of hot sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper

How to Make It

  1. Process all ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth, stopping to scrape down sides. Serve with raw vegetables.
