  • 1 ounce(s) 15 1/2 can black beans drained and partially mashed
  • 1/2 cup(s) whole kernal corn drained
  • 1/3 cup(s) salsa none
  • 1/4 cup(s) water none
  • 2 teaspoon(s) chili powder none
  • 5 ounce(s) reduced fat sharp cheddar grate
  • 2 tablespoon(s) green chilies drained/canned


  1. 1-preheat oven 375
  2. 2-combine beans and next 4 ingred-pour into small casserole dish coated with cooking spray
  3. 3-sprinkle with cheese and green chilies
  4. 4-cover and bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes(until cheese melts) or mike on high until cheese melts
