Made with beef tri tip, marinated only 2 hours, and grilled over charcoal (direct/indirect) without a plancha, and it turned out wonderful. The chimichurri is what really makes this recipe so awesome!

We've made this twice, both times with regular beef tri-tip and cooked on a griddle pan on the BBQ. The first time we marinated for 24 hours the second for only about 4 and both gave great results. It was easy, so moist and very flavorful. The chimichurri is amazing.

My husband just made this for a dinner party with bison. It was outstanding. The chimichurri was also excellent on other meats. . . chicken and beef.
