Try this Southern twist on a classic.
Makes 8 servings
Total time: 10 Minutes
1/2 cup mayonnaise
8 frozen biscuits, baked
8 thick bacon slices, cooked and halved
8 Bibb lettuce leaves
8 plum tomato slices
Stir together mayonnaise and pesto. Spread on cut sides of biscuits. Layer biscuit bottoms with bacon, lettuce, and tomatoes; top with biscuit tops.
