Ingredients

  • 8oz box(es) Mushrooms Stemed Save
  • 1 Onion Diced
  • 1 tablespoon(s) Oil
  • 1/2 cup(s) Sliced Salami
  • 1/2 cup(s) Smoked Process Cheese More if needed
  • 1/4 cup(s) Ketchup More if needed
  • Bread Crumbs Sprinkle each cap

Preparation

  1. Chop stems and gills.
  2. Saute musrooms & onions,
  3. Stir in salami, cheese and ketcup.
  4. Heat through.
  5. Stuff caps and sprinkle with bread crumbs.
  6. Bake at 425 for 6-8 minutes
