- 8oz box(es) Mushrooms Stemed Save
- 1 Onion Diced
- 1 tablespoon(s) Oil
- 1/2 cup(s) Sliced Salami
- 1/2 cup(s) Smoked Process Cheese More if needed
- 1/4 cup(s) Ketchup More if needed
- Bread Crumbs Sprinkle each cap
- Chop stems and gills.
- Saute musrooms & onions,
- Stir in salami, cheese and ketcup.
- Heat through.
- Stuff caps and sprinkle with bread crumbs.
- Bake at 425 for 6-8 minutes
