  • 2 Potatoes
  • Olive oil
  • Butter Melted
  • Sea Salt
  • Pepper

Preparation

  1. Slice the potatoes almost all the way through. Drizzle olive oil, butter, Sea salt and pepper over top and bake @ 425 for 40 minutes
