- 6–8 (approximately 2 pounds) small golden potatoes, largely diced
- 1 cup yellow onion, cut into thin 1-inch strips
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 stick melted butter
- 1 tablespoon Better Than Bouillon® Seasoned Vegetable Base
- 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic, granulated
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
How to Make It
Preheat grill to 400°F.
In a large bowl, mix olive oil, butter, vegetable base, garlic, paprika, potatoes, and onions. Toss to coat.
Pour mixture into an aluminum-grilling pan and place directly onto grill.
Cook potatoes for 15–20 minutes or until fork-tender.
