Steakhouse Garlic Butter Potato, Pan Grill

Your house becomes the steakhouse when you make this classic side perfect for your favorite steak!


  • 6–8 (approximately 2 pounds) small golden potatoes, largely diced
  • 1 cup yellow onion, cut into thin 1-inch strips
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 stick melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon Better Than Bouillon® Seasoned Vegetable Base
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic, granulated
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika

How to Make It

  1.     Preheat grill to 400°F.

  2.     In a large bowl, mix olive oil, butter, vegetable base, garlic, paprika, potatoes, and onions. Toss to coat.

  3.     Pour mixture into an aluminum-grilling pan and place directly onto grill.

  4.     Cook potatoes for 15–20 minutes or until fork-tender.
