  • 1/2 C OIL
  • 3 EGGS (BEATEN)
  • 1 1/2 C GRATED CHEDDAR CHEESE
  • 3 C PIONEER CORNBREAD MIX
  • 1 LARGE ONION
  • 1 SMALL CAN CREAMED CORN
  • 1/2 OF A 6 OZ CAN JALAPENOS, CUT UP FINE
  • (TAKE OUT SEEDS)
  • DRESSING:
  • 5 C CRUMBLED CORNBREAD
  • 4 1/2 C OVEN DRIED WHITE BREAD , CRUMBLED
  • 1/3 C FRESH PARSLEY
  • 1 C CELERY
  • 1/2 TSP SALT
  • 2 EGGS
  • 1 TSP POULTRY SEASONING
  • 6 T MELTED BUTTER
  • 1 C CHICKEN CONSOMME
  • 2/3 C CHOPPED ONIONS
  • 1/2 C. CHOPPED CELERY LEAVES
