- 1/2 C OIL
- 3 EGGS (BEATEN)
- 1 1/2 C GRATED CHEDDAR CHEESE
- 3 C PIONEER CORNBREAD MIX
- 1 LARGE ONION
- 1 SMALL CAN CREAMED CORN
- 1/2 OF A 6 OZ CAN JALAPENOS, CUT UP FINE
- (TAKE OUT SEEDS)
- DRESSING:
- 5 C CRUMBLED CORNBREAD
- 4 1/2 C OVEN DRIED WHITE BREAD , CRUMBLED
- 1/3 C FRESH PARSLEY
- 1 C CELERY
- 1/2 TSP SALT
- 2 EGGS
- 1 TSP POULTRY SEASONING
- 6 T MELTED BUTTER
- 1 C CHICKEN CONSOMME
- 2/3 C CHOPPED ONIONS
- 1/2 C. CHOPPED CELERY LEAVES
