Best Friends Iced Coffee Frappe

Yield Makes about 10 cups


  • 1/4 cup instant coffee granules
  • 1/2 cup chocolate syrup
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups boiling water
  • 2 cups half-and-half
  • 1 quart vanilla ice cream
  • 2 cups ginger ale
  • Vanilla ice cream, optional

How to Make It

  1. Stir together first 4 ingredients in a large pitcher; cool. Cover and chill at least 8 hours. Stir together coffee mixture, half-and-half, and 1 quart ice cream in a punch bowl. Stir in ginger ale; ladle into glasses. Top with ice cream, if desired.
