  • 2 loaves Italian or French bread, diagonally cut into 3/4-inch slices
  • 2 large cloves garlic
  • 1/3 cup Bertolli® Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 jar Bertolli® Tomato & Basil Sauce
  • Bruschetta Toppings

How to Make It

  1. In preheated oven, broil bread slices until golden; rub with garlic, then brush with Olive Oil. Evenly spoon unheated Sauce over bread, then top with your favorite Bruschetta Toppings and enjoy!

    Sliced fresh mozzarella with chopped fresh basil.
    Sauteed sliced portobello mushrooms and fresh basil.
