Berry Pops

Yield Makes 20 servings (5 cups)
Adapted from a recipe by Mrs Yoder, Jr. of Montezuma, Georgia.

Ingredients

  • 1 (4.3-ounce) package berry punch mix
  • 1 (3-ounce) package berry blue gelatin
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 2 cups cold water
  • 20 wooden craft sticks

How to Make It

  1. Stir together first 4 ingredients 2 minutes or until gelatin dissolves; stir in 2 cups cold water.

  2. Pour mixture evenly into 1/4-cup molds; freeze 30 minutes or until firm. Insert wooden sticks, and freeze at least 5 hours.

  3. NOTE: For testing purposes only, we used Kool-Aid drink mix.

  4. Prep: 10 min.; Freeze: 5 hrs.
