Berry Ice Cubes

Yield Makes 16 ice cubes
Turn ordinary ice cubes into an extraordinary garnish. Serve them in any of these beverages, or add them to soft drinks and juices for a pop of color.

Ingredients

  • About 1 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup white cranberry juice
  • 1/2 cup water

How to Make It

  1. Place 5 to 6 blueberries in each compartment of 1 ice-cube tray. Stir together white cranberry juice and water; pour over berries. Freeze 4 hours or until firm. Store cubes in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 1 month.
