5.4 oz. can coconut cream
1 1/2 cups coconut milk yogurt
3 tbsp. honey
1 1/4 cups mixed frozen berries
How to Make It
Mix the coconut cream, yogurt, and honey together until smooth.
Stir in the frozen berries, and crush slightly.
Put in a parchment paper–lined freezer-proof container. Freeze for several hours until firm, preferably overnight.
To serve, allow to soften at room temperature for 30 minutes.
