Photo: John O'Hagan; Styling: Buffy Hargett
Yield 10 pops
Use whatever fresh or frozen berries you have on hand to combine with yogurt and banana in these refreshing and good-for-you frozen treats.

  • 3 cups fresh or frozen berries
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
  • 1 banana
  • 10 (2-oz.) pop molds
  • Craft sticks

How to Make It

  1. Bring berries and honey to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer 5 minutes. Strain mixture into a bowl, using a spoon to squeeze out juice and pulp. Discard solids. Cover and chill 30 minutes. Process yogurt and banana in a blender; pour into pop molds, alternating with berry mixture. Top with lid, and insert craft sticks. Freeze.

Cook's Notes

If you don't have frozen pop molds, you can use 2-ounce paper or plastic cups.
