Berries with Mascarpone

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup whipping cream
  • 1 (8-ounce) container mascarpone cheese
  • 3/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 pint blueberries
  • 1 pint raspberries
  • 1 pint blackberries
  • 1 pint gooseberries

How to Make It

  1. Beat whipping cream with an electric mixer until firm peaks form. Add mascarpone, powdered sugar, and vanilla, beating until well combined. Serve over berries.
