- 1/2 ounce Vermont maple syrup
- 1/2 ounce fresh lime juice
- 2 ounces fresh grapefruit juice
- 2 ounces silver tequila
How to Make It
Add ingredients to shaker. Shake. Serve over ice.
Optional: Garnish with sea salt, lime juice, water, and Sucro, emulsified with a hand blender into "salt air."
