Serves 8 (serving size: 1 table­spoon beet cream, 1 1/2 teaspoons goat cheese, and 1/2 teaspoon chives)

How to Make It

Place beets, whipping cream, water, and honey in a blender. Process until smooth. Swirl 1 tablespoon cream into each bowl; top each with 1 1/2 teaspoons goat cheese and 1/2 teaspoon chives.
