Beet-and-Pecan Sandwich Spread

Yield Makes 1 1/2 cups
This spread has a lovely pink color and nutty flavor.

Ingredients

  • 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup coarsely chopped pecans
  • 1/4 cup canned beets, drained
  • 2 tablespoons orange juice

How to Make It

  1. Process all ingredients in a food processor until smooth. Spread between small white sandwich bread slices, and cut into shapes.
