- 1/2 cup(s) Butter
- 1 cup(s) Flour
- 2 can(s) chicken broth
- 2 can(s) water
- 1 1/2 cup(s) half-and-half
- 16 ounce(s) cheese whiz
- 7 ounce(s) beer
- 1 teaspoon(s) worchestershire sauce
- Melt butter in flour, heat for 2 mins. Add broth and cream. Gradually mix until smooth and thick. Add cheese, beer and worcestershire. Stir and simmer in crock pot for 3 hours on medium heat.
