  • 1/2 cup(s) Butter
  • 1 cup(s) Flour
  • 2 can(s) chicken broth
  • 2 can(s) water
  • 1 1/2 cup(s) half-and-half
  • 16 ounce(s) cheese whiz
  • 7 ounce(s) beer
  • 1 teaspoon(s) worchestershire sauce

Preparation

  1. Melt butter in flour, heat for 2 mins. Add broth and cream. Gradually mix until smooth and thick. Add cheese, beer and worcestershire. Stir and simmer in crock pot for 3 hours on medium heat.
