Kids even liked these. Amazing. I used rotisserie chicken and guiness.

This was a really tasty recipe. I changed some things including: I used boneless skinless chicken breast tenderloins, I added a chopped jalapeno to the chicken while it was cooking, and I used only 2 strips of bacon. The meal was very tasty, the chicken was tender, the apple and bacon went really well together. I would make this again but would consider making it with a different beer (not a huge fan of brown ales).

Excellent recipe. I chose Fat Tire Amber Ale because I prefer it to brown ale. Very good and very filling.

This was really, really tasty! I used Newcastle Brown Ale and followed the recipe exactly (except my chicken thighs took longer to cook). The ale + apple + bacon + cider vinegar (in the slaw) all work well together for a decidedly non-Mexican take on tacos. This could easily be made low carb by eliminating the tortillas and just serving the chicken with the slaw. I'll be making this again!
