- 2 cup(s) flour
- 1 tablespoon(s) baking powder
- 2-1/2 tablespoon(s) Old Bay seasoning
- 1 can(s) (12 oz.) beer
- 1 teaspoon(s) hot sauce
- 2 Catfish filets cubed
- Combine dry ingredients. Whisk in beer until smooth. Cover and chill for one hour.
- Coat catfish with batter and deep fry until golden brown.
