Beef Vegetable Soup

Ingredients

  • 1 pound(s) ground beef
  • 1/2 cup(s) chopped onion
  • 1 15-ounce can(s) tomato sauce
  • 1 1/2 cup(s) frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
  • 1 1/4 cup(s) frozen corn, thawed
  • 1 1/4 cup(s) beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon(s) soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon(s) molasses

Preparation

In a large skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. Stir in the remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 10 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
