Beef Teriyaki Skewers

    Good recipe. Interesting flavor for skewers; just make sure to really watch the time, the meat cooked really fast so it was sort of tough. Also instead of making the sauce i used teriyaki sauce that i had open in the fridge. I will make it again, and probably marinate the meat for a couple hours.
