Beef Tenderloin Steaks with Creole Spice Rub

    I didn't make the corn dish, but really enjoyed the rub on a nice thick steak. Not too spicy, but some nice heat after dinner. I halved the recipe since I'm cooking for myself and bought 2 tenderloin steaks. I'll use the rest of the rub tomorrow night. Served it w/roasted asparagus (just olive oil, salt, and pepper) and thought that it was great. Might try the corn dish next time.

    Awesome rub! We used it on a flank steak and made tacos out of it.
