Beef Tenderloin Marinade
- 1/2 cup(s) Brown Sugar
- 1/2 cup(s) Burbon
- 1 teaspoon(s) Lemon Juice
- 1/2 cup(s) Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon(s) Worchestshire Sauce
- Season to taste by adding any or all of the following: Catsup, garlic, onion salt and pepper...I use all of these. This is a recipe for a full tenderloin but if using for steaks, you probably might just use a hlaf of this recipe! I try to marinate the meat for 24 hours!
