  • 2 pound(s) Ground chuck browned/drained
  • 1-Lg whole(s) Onions Diced
  • 1 tablespoon(s) Garlic Minced
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 2 package(s) Lipton Onion Soup mix
  • 2-Lg can(s) Mushrooms Sliced
  • 2-26 oz can(s) Cream of muchroom soup
  • 2 pint(s) Sour cream
  • 24 cup(s) Minute Rice * Cooked


  1. Meat Sauce
  2. 1. In a saute pan, add ground chuck, diced onions & minced garlic
  3. 2. Add salt & pepper to taste
  4. 3. Cook until meat is brown & onions & garlic are soft
  5. 3. Add Lipton Onion Soup mix & mix thoroughly
  6. 4. Add mushrooms, cream of mushrooms soup & sour cream
  7. 5. Mix thoroughly
  8. 6. Cook on low heat for 1 hour, stirring occasionally

  9. *You can substitute egg noodles for Minute Rice
