    Wonderful. I used left over flank steak. Caramelized my onions and mushrooms first together, in butter, salt, pepper and sprinkle of sugar. Added just a little flour, a little water, then the sour cream. Cut the stark very thin and did not reheat it, as I like ir rare.placed noodles on plate, placed the steak on noodles and topped with the mushrooms, onion sauce. Garnished with some fresh cilantro. Didn't have parsley.
