Beef Stew with Red Wine, Dried Plums, and Celery Root

    Tasty recipe, I served it with butternut squash, potato and swede mash with chives and green beens. I will make it again during the winter. I cut down the cooking time to 15 mins using a pressure cooker after I had browned the meet onions and garlic. Also I didn't use oil - I used a low cal spray.

    This is the best beef stew I have ever eaten. I had to add some carrots to it and in the future I might throw in some other vegetables - that's my preference. As is, it has a rich taste, and is full of flavor. I loved it!
