- 2 tablespoon(s) olive oil
- 2 cup(s) onion mixture
- 4 ounce(s) pepper Jack or Munster Cheese
- 1 pinch(s) salt & pepper
- 1 pound(s) thin sliced top round (46 oz each)
- Pound out meat, dry with paper towels & season with salt & pepper. Place cheese and onion mixture in center of beef. Roll tight and seal with tooth picks. Place oil in skillet and heat to mediumhigh. Place beef meam side down and cook for about 8 minutes, turning occasionally.
