Beef Hash With Indian Griddle Cakes

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Pinch of red pepper
  • 4 cups cooked, chopped roast beef
  • Indian Griddle Cakes

How to Make It

  1. Melt butter in a large, heavy saucepan over low heat; add flour, stirring until smooth. Cook 1 minute, stirring constantly.
