It was a recipe that I would do over, but I tweaked it a little. I made my own enchilada sauce, and I put lettuce and cilantro on it in the end. I would say it was pretty good, and there's alot that you can add to it.

Really yummy and easy! We used ground bison and really nice corn tortillas so it made it dee-lish!

It's a very tasty meal, but too simple for me. I served with home made Guacamole and Sour Cream, nothing else. I left it in the oven a bit longer, until the cheese started to become golden brown. I will make it again because it was satisfying and super simple!

Good recipe...I doubled the number of tortillas to make 16 smaller enchiladas...without doubling the other ingredients. Top with shredded lettuce, tomato, avocado, sour cream and a couple tortilla chips. Good.
